1 Acceptance of Terms

11 Account Suspension & Termination

bmw77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete required identity verification;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• A valid self-exclusion or responsible gaming request made by the account holder.

Upon termination for breach, bmw77 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and outstanding promotional credits. Real-money balances not implicated in fraud or breach will be returned to the player via the deposit payment method following completion of any applicable investigation period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
